Very rude experience by a self-assigned coffee elitist. Definitely not a Bourdain friendly kind of place. I'm a chemist and he couldn't explain even the basics of his "art" to us. We were told it would take an hour to brew, so we never had the chance to try this lovely gentleman's coffee. But definitely go here if you're in to $7 lattes that take an hour to make and want to discuss why he can't stock basic supplies because of the impending apocalypse.

Look, the coffee was good. Obviously a lot of care put into selecting beans and the brewing process. But the owner was so pretentious and condescending that my husband and I felt uncomfortable just being in there. My husband doesn't drink coffee, so he tried to order a boba. They didn't have any. So he tried to order a chai. The owner says, "we don't have any. Nobody comes here for the chai." Why put things on the menu if you're not going to serve them?
