Went in for oil change and windshield wipers.Went out with no wipers and a charge for labor for wiper placement. Check receipt before leaving and question charges. It was quickly rectified but it was the 2nd time something like this happened here. Will start going elsewhere for services..

I want to give Jonny Streetman five stars for attitude, job performance, and being a likable person. My experience with other dealerships service department has a little irritating. By their treatment of me I felt it was them thinking..."we appreciate your business, but we're the only people that provide this thing or that service so whatever. You had to come to us.." Jim Tidwell Ford, and Jonny especially, have never had me thinking in those terms. I bought my Ranger and the service contract here. Jonny has assisted me everytime. He kept me informed of the progress and was courteous with all mannerisms. He said, "Thank you" after handing my keys back and it felt like he meant it. That's service, thanks Jonny!
