I had a good experience with the rooms to go staff. Mrs. Jaju was very helpful during the purchase of my dinning room set. I was more impressed when my delivery day was cut short by 2 weeks. RTG is way to go for furniture and I will be back soon for more.

delivery team is amazingly bad. I had two deliveries planned. One shipment came damaged. One shipment simply did not arrive. I took off work to receive the delivery. No one from Rooms to Go bothered to called me to reschedule. The "delivery tracker" changed my ETA every hour until about 2am. I canceled my order the next day and went to Havertys.
