I love this place so much that I pass several nail salons just to go there and get a manicure, pedicure and artwork done. The staff there are always professional and friendly and I am glad that I am one of their client. I also have most of my family going there. The entire staff is great but Vicky is my girl, I love the way she takes a look at what I want from a picture and makes it her own, better than what's on the picture. She come up with better ideas and adds it to my nails, we have great conversations when I go to see her. She's very friendly and detailed with her work because she stand behind her work. I have been coming to this place for years now and I have never been disappointed with the work they do, and I had just about all of them do my nails. I truly love and appreciate Palazzo and the work that they do.

I received a good pedi. Very busy nail shop on Sunday, but glad they were able to take walk-in's. I will return but will go on a weekday.

This nail salon is INCREDIBLE. Best in Kennesaw, honestly! They are so gentle with your nails and they really take your time. The spa experience that you get with the luxury spa pedicure is wonderful! Hot towels, paraffin wax and you get to choose a scent. They also put ginger and other fresh fruits into my footbath. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I also brought my mother, who is picky about nail salons but really enjoyed this one. Been going to Palazzo Nails for 4 years and I always keep coming back. Can’t recommend it enough!
