I called Superior about some drain issues with two of my bathrooms and a couple of leaky faucets. Superior came out immediately. Nick listened to and explained why I was having these issues. He worked very professionally and quickly and efficiently completed all of the projects. I appreciated Nick’s demeanor and customer service.

Justin Medlin was amazing today. He had a very quick response time, came out to our property, and very quickly fixed a Watermain leak that saved the day for our homeowner. He was professional, a joy to be around, and did amazing work. I would recommend Justin to anybody.

Questions & Answers

my water is brown, the city of College Park came out to the hydrant and flushed it, that helped for a few days, now I'm having the same problem. I never had this issue until they built a pumping station behind my home. What do you think/suggest?

Unfortunately the water quality from the street can’t t be changed, it would be a municipal problem. Call them back, if problem happens again and they are not correcting the issue then you may need to consider installing a whole house filter.

My water bill the last 4 cycles has doubled but we have the same amount of people living in the house. Do you have a service that you can perform to check if I have a leak somewhere? Thanks

The best way to check for a leak is to cut off all of the water in your house and go out to the meter. If your meter is spinning it shows that water is flowing to your house. If everything is cut off then you probably have a leak.
