They found problem with horn and airbag light on dash but price to repair was way too high for a 2009 vehicle over $1300 dollars. And diagnostic was expensive $157+tax

Dishonest & Disrespectful (This is the 1st negative review I’ve ever given. Make sure to read reviews left by other customers from that past several months. This all seems to be recent.) I only dealt with Dale during these in Person/ over the phone transactions. I’m not sure of Dale’s role in This company, however, he was the one always at the front desk and he gave me costs for parts and labor. Dishonest: My original bill for parts and labor was one price. When I was notified my vehicle was ready I’m told it’s going to be a different price and my bill is now several hundreds of dollars more. Disrespectful: I was yelled at over the phone and bullied that if I refused to pay they wouldn’t give me my car back. Poor Work: The check engine light came back on 4 days after getting my vehicle back. Originally gave this place 5 stars because my first visit was great. Went for an oil change and diagnostics on a check engine light. Dale had provided excellent customer service. Diagnostics flagged transmission switch. I went back a week after diagnostics to get that fixed… Dale quoted me a fair price for parts and labor. (I asked for a printed copy of this contractual agreement.) He left me a voicemail notifying the vehicle was ready for pick up. I returned the call and he proceeded to inform me that he would be charging me Several of HUNDREDS of Dollars MORE than what was on my original Bill. When I asked why the drastic difference in price, Dale’s response was “we ordered a part for a manual transmission, yours is an automatic”. They ordered the wrong part. Okay, I could see how something like that could happen. I asked why I wasn’t contacted regarding the price difference. I mentioned I was never notified and I did not authorize this new price. Dale’s response was “we called, couldn’t get a hold of anyone”. I asked why they didn’t leave a Voicemail informing me of the mistake with ordering the wrong part and that the new part would be hundreds of dollars more than originally agreed upon.I wouldn’t have said yes. (It would have been out of my price range.) I refused to pay this new amount I had not been consulted about nor had I authorized. (I was 100% in agreement with paying the original amount, without question.) This is when Things turned. I was interrupted and not only did Dale talk over me, he got flustered and began yelling over me. Perhaps he was having a bad day, nonetheless, as the person at the front desk and dealing with costumers, talking over a customer, especially yelling over a customer is completely inappropriate. Pinning your mistake of ordering parts incorrectly on a customer and then making them pay, by literally charging them extra without consultation or confirmation is dishonest, deceitful. I went to pay and pick up my vehicle and again in person, another remark about the situation. It was unnecessary. Final Thoughts: Had my check engine light not come back on, after MEINEKE “fixed it” I would not have changed my original google review. However, I’m sharing my experience in hopes to prevent this happening to someone else. I wouldn’t want anyone else being deceived with their billing, I hope to help you avoid getting bullied into payments, parts or work you were not communicated about, this is to prevent your vehicle from being kept from you, and to help you avoid paying for a Fix, just to have the problem persist a few days later.

Over charged for service. Employee not welcoming and rude when asked explanations to exactly what I was charged for. I always go here but I’m never going here again.

Yes, but all the chairs are poang chairs from IKEA, which are quite difficult for those with mobility issues. They are low to the ground, and the back of the seat is much lower than the front, which makes rising from them cumbersome, if not impossible, for some.
