I recently took delivery of my 2022 Bronco Everglades and Wade Ford was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Creed Pannell provided great customer service and kindness during every aspect of my car purchasing from this dealership. He is very enthusiastic and has a high energy when it comes to making sure all customers feel welcomed and appreciated. From the ordering process to final delivery, I could always count on Wade Ford to provide me with updates and keep me in the loop. When it came shipping and tracking, Gail Smith, gave me timely status updates to know where my vehicle was at all times. Cedric Ruff, was very efficient when it came with signing all the documents and getting out of the dealership very quickly. I had a great car buying experience from the Wade Ford Dealership and I would highly recommend doing any car related business with them.

My experience at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. I dropped my car off at 7:50 am to my service agent Jerald for my 8 am recall appointment 10/6 and got a text from him at 4:30 pm saying my car was ready for pick up. That’s what I call fast turnaround and I didn’t have to rent a car. Jerald at Wade Ford is stuck with me. I am now a lifetime customer.

Bought a vehicle from here thinking they'd give better service as a smaller dealership versus someone like Angela Krause. I was wrong. Angela Krause would've saved me close to $1000 more. Financial manager was rude, parts and service guys didn't know much of anything about Ford's products. As a Ford employee, I wish we got rid of dealerships as a whole, even our own.

I don't understand.
What would you do if a dealership's service department wouldn't return your calls regarding your car in their shop?
I have no idea. I do know that Wade Ford would probably have the equipment and be the best place to get it done.
Not sure in the past like 8 years ago I think it was about $50, when I was driving an Expedition.
It can be ordered for you from the parts department.
