Once a beloved company that made great games and had amazing customer service. Now a company with god awful customer service, horrible games and absolutely disgusting behavior (cube crawls). They deserve all the bad press the receive and more.

You have to know an employee. It is not open to the public.
Unfortunately Blizzard Entertainment is closed to the public. Pictures and entrance is by appointment only.
It's free but it's not public. You have to be brought in as a guest.

If you are not invited on a tour or do not know anyone to get you on campus, you wont have access.
Virtual ticket is for the video content online. For Blizzcon you need a separate ticket. It's can be hard to get a hold of. They sell out very fast. Also the event is located at Anaheim convention center
