To be honest I'm not that kind of person who complains but I have had it, the bus and taxi drivers always picks me up late even when I had to go to school or work I end up going there like sometimes half in hour or hour an a half late and I have to explain my boss and teacher why I'm always late. When the season and weather changes to hot and rainy I had to wait outside for a long time so I decided to wait for them by giving me a call or message while im inside my house but they did not give me no call or message when they are outside. When I get picked up first and they pick up another person second, they choose to drop off the second person first to there far away destination where I'm supposed to be drop off first when I'm close to my destination.

Was picked up from Oramge Coast Memorial, after a PET/CT scan, and with a RADIOACTIVE DYE I'm my views was taken in a three hour tour of OC, rather than taken safely home. This company puts contracts ahead of customers, a d provides NO EMERGENCY NUMBER when you are in severe pain from you kidneys being damaged by RADIOACTIVE dye.

Lucky for OCTA, or I would be home bound. Access takes me all over Orange County, and they pick me up from home and take me directly to where I am going. I think it is very affordable since gas has gone up to $4.00 or more per gallon. I enjoy my trips on Access...

This is the worst service in all of Orange County! They’ve been in business for how many years? And to be treated like this is horrible! I’ve used this service for a month and already have filed 4 complaints! 2 for OCTA making me late to doctor appointments and 2 for leaving me stranded! Then customer service telling me that I was a “no show”, when I was sitting out front waiting! Let’s see what customer relations does to fix these problems! Now OCTA says “that I have to ask for door to door service every time I schedule a ride”! How about OCTA retrains their drivers to get out of the bus and check! The drivers are lazy! As I’m writing this I’m once again stranded by OCTA, the worst customer service of all time!

If you Google OCTA Access all of the information that you need will pop up. I would start with calling them and asking them for the correct procedure and application. It's a great service and caretakers, friends and family can even ride with the individual as long as you let them know when booking the ride. They will let you know about the fees.
