People needing health insurance from the tribes havent been able to for weeks. Whoever runs the front desk or answers the phones gives out wrong information every time. We have been told they issue new insurance on Thursdays only to be told that person isnt in on Thursday for the past couple months. You go in and try to get it in person and they tell you you have to come back another day. Well this is going on since August and someone still doesnt have health insurance. This is one of the most important jobs on the rez and NO ONE can seem to do this. Does heath insurance not matter to the tribes especially for it's own members? It seems that the people at the clinic really dont care either and do nothing to help because you call back to get information and they dont answer your calls. How about hiring people who actually can be 1) dependable and 2) actually care for their jobs instead of people who continually give wrong information.

Quick registration and hardly any wait time. Friendly and thorough nurses and doctors. Great referrals. Clean facility. Definitely feels like these folks really care.
