I can’t express enough thanks to happy home and the technician who came to service our A/C today! Peter was professional, genuinely kind, proficient, and honest! He explained the issue with our unit in a way that was easy for me to understand. I actually found this company on the nextdoor app after several of my neighbors recommended them! I see why and won’t hesitate to call if we are ever in need again. It’s always nice to find an honest, dependable company when the unexpected happens. Thank you all so much, you are appreciated!

They have a Great system where the email you a picture of the technician 30 minutes before their arrival and they bring out a supervisor to help if you need a new system. They were able to fix our system very quickly and even allowed me to do the repair because it was a switch that was unrelated to the HVAC system that they were working on. Which saved me $135. They seem to be honest and a good company and I probably need to replace my second-floor AC system. They showed me the rust and the problems with it so I’m getting bids now but you know they are my top runner right now.

On Friday our heat pump stopped working so I called and set up an appointment for Tuesday. The repairman came out and diagnosed the problem and called in his supervisor as the whole system needed major repair or replacing. I was given 3 options which was the first time any company has ever done that. Damon explained everything and we decided replacement was the best option. Because warmer weather was predicted, he left us with a portable air conditioner so we could be comfortable. On Saturday, our new heat pump was delivered and installed. It couldn't have been easier or less stressful. Leighton, Joel, and Eric were wonderful. I would give them 4 1/2 stars if I could. After they were finished they asked if I had any questions, showed me the new programable thermostat and then left. I would have liked them to show me more and explain more about the outside unit and the inside unit. I am amazed at how quickly the house now heats up or cools down. Great experience.

We called Happy Home Services when our heater went out in the midst of very cold temperature drops in a bit of a panic. They were able to send a technician out that day to diagnose the problem and as feared it was recommended we replace our entire heating/cooling system. We were not surprised though considering the system was 20 years old and we are glad we decided to go with the recommended system. Everyone we encountered at Happy Home Services from appointment coordinators, technicians and sales associates were extremely professional, ensured our safety by wearing masks/booties when entering our home and took time to explain the problem to us. We are going to be customers for a very long time to come.
