Positive: Price and location Negative: Roaches in room. Toilet was clogged and staff gave me a plunger on told me to fix it myself. We could not get the toilet fixed. I was not offered another room. I was told someone would come at 11pm to snake the toilet. The toilet never got fixed.

Roaches in the room. Used needles in the shrubs. The toilet was clogged and after complaining 3 times I was given a plunger and asked to fix it myself... I could not get it unclogged. At 2pm I was told someone would be in at 11pm to snake the toilet. I left around 5pm and returned at 12am to find my key had been deactivated. The guy at the front desk gave me a new key but no one had tried to fix the toilet. He did try to snake it but just ended up making a mess. I asked for another room but they had no more doubles. He finally agreed to allow me to have access to the bathroom in another room at the other end of the hotel. This is my first bad review ever, I really don't complain much and I understand things happen but this was just a god awful experience and God awful service.

One of the worst nights at a hotel that I have experienced. Got in late from a flight, and my booking wasn’t in their system. We finally figured that out, when I got to my room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The carpet is filthy, the chair filthy, the drain in the bathtub with standing water. I was exhausted so I just went to sleep, just to be woken up at 3 in the morning by the front desk clerks banging on my door. I didn’t answer at first out of fear (who knocks on someone’s door at 3am) but eventually did. They asked for my ID, they didn’t believe I was supposed to be in that room. It was very unprofessional. The next day I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t refund my first night, just my remaining nights. Terrible experience, I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

I'm usually very critical of hotels, but this place does not merit a 2.5. At least in comparison with other outdoor extend stay I've stayed in the Raleigh/Durham area. Room 312 was clean. Not brand new clean but enough for my sanity. Room smelled like cigarettes,but they are trying to control that with protection covers for smoke detectors to prevent people from smoking in the room. I appreciate their attempt in taking preventative measures to eliminate smoking in rooms. They are trying and that's a plus It's Friday night early June 2021 and hotel seems calm and not noisy. Definitely a plus. Only stayed one night so.....who knows.
