Tried to cancel a week before stay after seeing reviews stating drug activity goes on a lot there, but when I called they stated It was non refundable after 24-48 hours. So I went just to look at room there were black stains all over carpet, the room smelled like cigarettes, and alcohol. Bathroom looked discussing. I have 2 young kids so we did not even stay in the room at all didn’t even come back to hotel until checkout time. The worst experience. If you are ok with dirty floors, stinky rooms, nasty bathroom, then this is the place for you. I would never waste my time or money with any extended stay. After stating I would not be staying at least a refund of half the amount I paid should have been refunded. I wish reviews let us give 0 stars.

This particular extended stay is unclean. Rooms where filthy, no towels, rotting food left in refrigerator freezer. Cleaning staff was non existent. Not up to the standard and quality Extended Stay is normally reputed for. This particular one caters to a transient clientele and is not kept up to par. Management has not done anything to correct this issue from a previous review written three months ago. I would not recommend staying here. The staff was polite ,but can't really do anything about the situation.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room looked horrible, the siding was coming off from the door the walls were yellow looking the room was extremely small and run down. The phone only worked on suele to call the front desk and the breakfast food was pre packaged oatmeal and grits

Positive: The room Was not ready for one hour 45 minutes after my arrival. The room was filthy stains in the carpet broken furniture microwave filthy in fact unusable. I want a refund Negative: EVERYTHING!! Not a thing good to say about EXTENDED STAY!!! Never Again! Wasted MONEY!!!
