Positive: Convenient location Negative: Bathroom smelled of urine. Lights next to bed did not work. Could not stop flashing clock so I unplugged it.

I don’t often feel the need to give negative ratings, but this was the worst hotel I have ever witnessed. No one in the lobby when we tried to check in (waited nearly 30 minutes to get our keys). Our room, which was non-smoking, smelled of smoke and bleach. There was black looking mold in the shower, under the toilet seat, and around the sink. We immediately picked up our bags and left. We also saw multiple bags of garbage in the hallways and parking lot, including a clearly used litter box in the hallway.

Baby roaches in and out the fridge heat DOES NOT WORK & THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING BACK AS THEY SAY THEY WILL. FRONT DESK IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO HALF THE TIME AND CLEANERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
