We think room 308 is haunted, our dog was awake all night growling at the foot of the bed, and staring at the same spot for hours. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel.

I just spent 15 days at this location. Love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ the front desk staff. The crew was very friendly and super helpful. I was in transition from Northern Virginia to Chapel Hill. And when initially making my reservation online the staff helped me make sure I had a 1st floor room due to my spinal arthritis. Enjoyed my stay immensely

I love this place this is one of thee best extended stay in Durham. Every time I’m in town I go to this hotel. I always get treated like family the front desk always polite. Ms.Danyelle and Ms.Nikki does an Awesome job.

Positive: we were able to cook our own meals in the full kitchen. The room is set up as a studio apt for people who travel to Duke or UNCCH for medical procedures. Also close to stores for grocery shopping. Negative: We extended our stay and was told by the reservation people that we were missing some furniture (Sofa bed). The room has a 10 point check list for cleanliness but I don't think they follow it very well.
