My husband went in and ordered my food to go. I got a burrito bowl the exact same way I always do. The food was absolutely disgusting to the point that I couldn’t even continue eating it. I figured I’d call this morning and simply ask for my bowl to be replaced. Well, the phone number on the receipt and on the web takes you to an automated system that refuses you to speak to store staff. After calling again and again and finally saying the right things so that I could get through to a manager, it said, “okay, I’ll try to put you through, but staff is not usually available to answer phones…” —where does this happen in fast food?! As I should’ve expected, no one answered and here I am with disgusting food and money in the hole.

This Chipotle regularly has incredibly unfriendly staff who absolutely refuse to go an inch beyond their job description. Interactions with them are not worth it for the mediocre food served at this location. If you hate your job, quit and look for one that fulfills you.

Best Chipotle around. Will drive past 2 other Chipotles to come to this one. Staff is always friendly, service is always fast, and food is always fresh. I'll say it this way: it impressed me enough to leave a Google review... Which I never do.

This the worst Chipotle in Durham by far. I have had nothing but negative experiences with this location, every time I order from here they get my order wrong. Not only that, the staff is extremely unfriendly. I have tried to give them chance after chance because they are near my house, but I have been disappointed and frustrated every time. Tonight I ordered through the app because the chipotle I usually order from was already closed, so I had no choice but to pick up from here. No surprise, the order was wrong and they gave me not even a half-filled bowl. I give up.
