I love Panera and hate to give it a bad review, but this location is bad. From the outside it looks pretty. It has plenty of parking. Once you walk in you see a tight ordering area. When you wait for your food, it take a long time. Also, 90% of the tables are dirty. They look like they haven’t seen soapy water in years. Lastly, this place is homeless central. I am so tired of having people ask me for money as I try to enjoy my meal. Why does this location allow people sit inside without buying something? No one wants to be interrupted by a beggar!

Was there 3 weeks ago. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go there again. Tables were greasy, air vents covered in heavy dust and obvious BLACK MOLD. Not only was most of the order wrong, the food tasted terrible, items missing, rotting food, but possibly the worst part for us...they sent us down the highway with a COCKOROACH in the bag!! This place needs to be shut down by the health department. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

The food and service is good the dining room is absolutely Disgusting dirty dishes are piled high as in pictures and it is slow not many people in here people in the back are playing around loud looking at their phones ???? Why

Panera Bread in Durham is nice. You can also get a coffee subscription if you like. I enjoyed the strawberry poppyseed salad. I was able to get double chicken. Comes with a side then used my coffee subscription for my drink. Social distancing and safety measures in place for a great dining experience.
