I spoke to Hope over the phone and she encouraged me to come by to have their jeweler take a look at it to see if it could be fixed quickly. Amy, the jeweler, fixed it on the spot! They refused to take payment and I just wanted to post about what a great business this is!! If you’re local to the Mt. 10/10 experience with this jeweler!!! I had a difficult repair with a mesh ring that had separated- I could not tell you for the life of me which side was repaired, they both look perfect. Skilled artisan jeweler, at an extremely reasonable price. Also, I very much appreciate the text message communication for completion.
