The best!! We worked with Alexis and she was fantastic. After an awful experience with Diamonds Direct, we went shopping for my wedding band at Skatells. They were patient and took the time to let me try on anything and everything, go back and compare, mull over it for a few weeks, etc. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. They were up front with pricing and happily provided all the ring specs- diamond carat weight, color, clarity, band width, etc. I do think we paid a little more than we may have at a different jeweler, but you are paying the premium for the service, family feel, and to be a part of the Skatell family. They truly are the best- we'll be back for anniversary jewelry, watches, and service/repair! Thanks Alexis!
