We were visiting Charleston on our vacation. My son is a huge watch geek and was interested in a vintage Rolex. We had looked at another jewelry store on King St and did not have a good experience. When we found Joint Venture we decided to try again, not really expecting much. We were definitely wrong. Ellen, Debbie and Braxton went way beyond our expectations. My son spent an hour talking watches with Braxton, my daughter and daughter-in-law chose two rings with Ellen and Debbie’s assistance. It was so much fun shopping with them!! They were so nice and knowledgeable. They even provided a small gift to each of us and my receipt included information and pictures of our purchases for me to add to my insurance policy-how great is that?!!! I highly recommend Joint Venture jewelers. If I lived closer, they would be my go/to place.

Upon entering Joint Venture we were greeted by the friendliest staff. I was specifically looking for a diamond necklace to match two rings I already own. Yet I found myself looking at every piece as each was more beautiful than the last. Ellen assisted me in finding the most brilliant diamond necklace. While looking at the displays I found a quatrefoil ring and after talking about why it caught my eye Ellen let me try it on - and needless to say it also is came home with me. Meanwhile Braxton, who was incredibly knowledgeable on watches, assisted my boyfriend in looking at some stunning watches. If you’re looking for one of a kind, unique pieces this is the place to go!
