Staff has definently improved at this location, but they randomly stopped taking my insurance and didnt tell me until I got there for my appointment. Its a 2 hour drive for me. A warning would have been great.

IUD was placed incorrectly and unnecessarily — turns out they're ineffective on patients with a septate uterus. Furthermore, they said insurance would cover it. Insurance did not cover it. Now I have a 1.7k bill I can't pay and no IUD because I needed emergency removal. Horrific. I'd do so much more than leave a negative Google review if I had the resources to do so, but now I'm broke.
