Delivery never rang doorbell all captured on video for a signature required package. He filled out form and stuck on door. Outrageous! I contacted UPS customer service and was told local carrier will be calling soon and package will be delivered today. This office called 1.5 hours later telling me driver is done for the day, that he did ring door bell and knocked (evidence is on the tape not true) but didn't matter, they are closed and deliveries are done for the day. Even though I paid extra for 2 day delivery I offered to pick up the package but I was told it was a process to find the package. I have escalated to corporate as this is unacceptable service and hopefully someone will show an interest in fixing.

Absolutely nightmare to ship anything with them it would probably cost less for you to fly out to Costa Rica and back then to ship something overnight with them. Because they will destroy your item after you hand it to them in perfect condition then blame it on someone else. It's like talking to 5 year Olds over there. They blame it on the next guy, then the next guy, then the next guy. If you took responsibility for your actions. I visited ups 3 times trying to just get My shipment money back. Which was $63 dollars plus they broke my $300 dollar gaming monitor. This company needs some changes big time.

Had a signature delivery scheduled for 06 August, 2022 between 14:00-18:00. At 13:06 UPS states that the $500 vacuum was left on our front porch. NOT possible since at exactly 13:00 my husbands new Harley Davidson was delivered. I was with the delivery driver for the motorcycle from 12:55 to 13:25. It poured rain ALL day so why would you “leave” a $500 vacuum in the rain? NO-one from all the homes around me either saw a UPS truck or received a package from UPS. Where is my Mother’s vacuum UPS??

"Managers" discriminate, this center needs a lesson in communication. Summerville puts this center to one star, learn to communicate and stop discriminating by pending issues. Oh, most of all stop lying to the public and the employees who have been there for ten years and don't have the character to be honest. Unacceptable management experience in this center and I am very interested in how yall make any money at this center with the management's lack of knowledge of logistics. Yeah this center has to be bleeding any revenue from the lack of management and the fact that they need people who know how to train new employees. You'll leave & never know anybody else's names. Lack of communication.. Suffice to say that the employees are not very good people. That is a trend I've seen in the labor market for a while now, this center needs better management and stop discriminating by the entire center. Just what I observed, and I don't like being lied too. There is no honorable people anymore, it's all about me attitudes. Liars. I hate that the Summerville center is older and better with better management. The management here is the worst, you could work a year and not know anybody else's names and it is not helping revenue or the image of big brown. Imho.
