Ongoing issue with water entering the unit. Have emails and photos from 11-2021 of same issue and nothing was done. I am going to go to Lowe’s and buy a huge tarp. Hang it up around the porch area to block the rain from coming into the unit. We have black mold growing underneath the carpet now.

Do not move to this apartment complex. The staff change on a weekly basis since no one wants to work here. The staff they do have are pathetic and cannot answer basic questions. The staff do not care about their residents at all and won’t do anything to help out on any issues. Move in at your own risk.

Over the past year the water heater has had issues with the reset button getting triggered. This is the fourth time maintenance has been out to fix this issue.

Cats and Cooking

The apartment itself is nice, amenities etc. Lately though there the number of thefts has greatly increased. Our bike got stolen and we were not notified that this was an ongoing problem. We only found out recently after talking to other residents. You would think management would inform residents about this. There are no security cameras and we are not allowed to have our own. Violation of privacy although we have lived in other properties that have this. I am certain residents would not feel violated over security cameras. Very disappointed. It's no longer safe.
