I’m getting used to them getting paid and not sending in prescription but Today was Fri. Spent almost all day trying to be seen I got out at 4 only to find no prescription sent in but this is Friday and I’m out of meds again their not open to beg for my script. 1 star is higher than they deserve!!!! If you want disappointment and misery this is that place!!!!

My with Dr O was very good as I was met by a group to access my problems with him. He was definitely in charge of everything. I left knowing my back pain was addressed from every angle. The medications scripted have worked well. I am grateful and confident in my future dealing with this dreadful pain because of Dr. O and his wonderful team. I must say he is definitely in demand because there can be a lengthy wait so come prepared (you will get perfect care).

My experience with this doctor's office was very good. The staff was very polite and showed well customer service. I was not hasseled by arriving 5 minutes late due to traffic. I did call to inform them I might be 10 mintues late. I did not have wait very long to be seen after filling out the forms. The Doctor is very polite, caring, humble, and most of thoughful about what you are going through. I feel that it is very hard now at times to find doctors like him. They are a dying breed as my grandmother used to say. A doctor that would talk with you, and not at you is one that speaks from the heart. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU DOC, I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES, BUT YOUR FRONT DESK SAID YOU WERE NOT THERE!!!!!!!

My mom sees this doctor and this place is ridiculous. Appointment was at Noon and we are still sitting here at 3pm. Very unorganized and unprofessional. This is an every month occurrence. Very frustrating.
