Great experience working with their team. They also helped coordinate other appointments-- something many do not do. You know they truly care about what they do based on how active they are with fighting for better coverage, working with legislation, and trying to get insurance to pay. They did all of this outside of the typical session time. Caring and compassionate. Casey, Tayler, Amy and of course Hope- you are great.

My doctor told me this was the best place to go. I still called a couple places because they were a little closer. I found my doctor was right. New Hope showed from the beginning that they care. They spent time from the first call, explaining everything. I knew that they cared. I have improved more in the sessions with New Hope Counseling and Wellness Center compared to previous therapists. I am very happy with them and know you will be too. Bonus: they have a therapy dog!
