My Fiancé and I had a phenomenal experience with Lunda, she made the process fast, easy and also made the visit fun and enjoyable which you never receive at a bank! The rest of the staff and management was top notch and made sure we were taken care of the whole way. Lunda, and her staff would revive 6 stars if there was such a option.

I just left that bank with the worst experience. I asked to speak with the manager and he was just as rude. I had an urgent matter not to get into personal details, but the two of them made me feel less than. The manager and staff was very insensitive. Please bank elsewhere.

Hi Hazel, Our coin service is for members and there is no fee if the depsoit is under $150. If the coin deposit exceeds $150 a month, there is a 5% fee. There isn't a coin machine at the Huntersville location, but we do have coin machines at our Sunset Road, University, Central and Matthews locations.
