Place does a good job making the smoothies but there's always a long wait in line if you dont order ahead. Made the mistake of not doing mobile order today and waited in line w several other customers who were also getting impatient and upset as we watched more mobile orders come through on the printer and workers standing around as they were making the backlog and not taking any orders of those there standing in line. I understand mobile orders take priority, but seems like a backwards way of making things more efficient for those waiting in person. Also some workers were painfully slow, maybe training is having a rough go of it these days. The 3 stars is for getting the smoothies right and apologizing for the wait.

Passing through North Carolina and was craving a smoothie. Great location. Excellent service. The staff was friendly and the smoothies were delicious.
