Close to the end of the Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky. Rooms were comfortable. Quiet AC. Great customer service from the front desk, especially from Cooper, the manager! Lovely shaded outdoor patio area.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My friend and I decided to take a last minute trip to go to the casino. From check in to check out was awful. They did not have the king size room that I booked available to they had to give me a double. The room itself was ok but when we came back from the casino and I went to shower, the tub doesn't drain. Then around 7:30 am I hear all this noise above me on the roof. They were repairing the roof and no one said anything. So I got a total of 2 hours of sleep. The night staff was not helpful, the morning person at the desk was nice and discounted my room. Even though it is right across the street from the casino, I will never stay here again.

I'm absolutely sure I've never seen a cleaner hotel. The stairwell had shiny black treads. Those stairs would have shown even a spec of dirt. There was no dirt. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were amazing! I cannot believe how huge and nice the room was - way more spacious than my first apartment. I will gladly stay here again.

As Marriott Fairfield Inns go, it's on the low end. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. I am not a critical guest, and I understand there can be problems. However, I slept on the sofa bed in a suite, and when I opened the bed up I saw crumbs and bits of food underneath. I pointed this out and the person at the desk offered to immediately come and clean. Upon waking the next morning as I gently opened the sliding window curtain, the entire apparatus collapsed, having pulled out of the ceiling, just missing me. Again, apologies from the staff, and it was repaired later that day. I asked to receive a receipt by email and had to call back to get one. So, to summarize, the staff worked hard to be helpful, but there seems to be some systemic problems. This is not a great place to stay.

We are not pet friendly. We are in the heart of the mountains. They will surround you. Now as for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, our property is about 5 minutes from the park entrance.

Directly across the street, you can walk across the street and the does to get in the casino are right there.
Small indoor pool. I don't remember seeing a hot tub but usually one is with the other.
