Absolutely loved it here the staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful warm experience. Got to experience a young family of Elk in areas nearthe huge parking lot area. And nearby ball park Elk really enjoyed the area.. we were on the 4th floor and the view was absolutely beautiful. We honestly didn't want to leave. Beautiful place to be and a wonderful scenery going from Cherokee North Carolina to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge and visit clingmans Dome going or coming from either place. Truly loved the family running Bay Mountain Inn. Absolutely will go back again and I hope to see this family again. They truly know how to make sure that your stay is perfect.

Positive: Clean and in striking distance to free family activities as well as shopping and casino. Down to earth, clean and nice. A heard of elk visited next door thrice in the four days we stayed. The (family) staff was engaging and helpful. Earned my endorse!

The hotel was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would call it an immaculate place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are very cozy. It's close to everything. No complaints at all.
