The bathtub drips. Breakfast not served till 10 which I've never seen, is always 8 o'clock. The TV looks like it's using rabbit ears from the 1960s, it's that snowy. Plus the bathroom heater switch/bulb is just a household lite bulb. Unbelievable. And the place just doesn't seem clean, the atmosphere alone is a little scruddy. I will never be back. By the website it looked really nice and saved me $400 over the casino hotel. It's a joke, I don't mind saving money but this is hotel 6. Sincerely, honestly.

Super quick and easy reservation done on the rd coming off a 12 hr day of driving. Super clean, modern, updated, fabulous paintings, great smelling soap, nice cold water, very reasonable. I really like this place and the front desk, both gentlemen were awesome!. Coffee in the room and lobby. Oh and lobby couch was comfy and a there is an eating area, intimate Cafe style for their breakfast. I got more from here and amenities than I did from the Wyndham motel in Florida, which I will never stay at again.

This hotel has done a very nice job on remodeling their rooms. 2 minutes walking distance from the casino. It has a shuttle van that shuttle you back and forward to the casino. Please tip the shuttle van driver, he is OUTSTANDING!!! My wife and I stayed there 2 weekends in a row and we were not disappointed. This is a must stay!!! Thank you Grand Cherokee!!!

Wow! They have a nice bar with a live band. They played a great mix of music! It was very entertaining. Beer was $6, so I had a few in my room before I went there. It was a fun night.
