Every time I get a renewal for my EBT it's always past the date I had to turn in what the request and I then have to apply and wait 60 days again while I and my kids struggle to eat

This agency is not helpful at all. I have made contact with supervisors and the Director. They do not return calls and use “confidentiality” as the reason they cannot speak to you. This agency allows conflict of interest between staff and clients. They do not return calls or hold their staff accountable.
