No there is a bicycle shop around the corner that rents bikes
In my opinion the best place to park and start is in Falmouth just west of the end of Rte 151. If you're up for a 20 mile round trip you can visit Restaurants in Woods Hole or eat your brought lunch at one of the pocket parks further down the road past the Ferry port. Heading back to the parking lot you'll have a SW wind to push you along
