H2 Health now provides many specialty services! We always suggest calling to speak with our licensed physical therapist about your specific medical history to ensure we can provide the quality care you deserve.
We accept most insurances at H2 Health. Specific plans may require a referral from a physician, but some plans allow you to see us for physical therapy for up to 30 days without that referral! For your specific plan details, please give us a call.
Absolutely! Our wellness memberships do not have a contract and are charged month to month.
We do offer a variety of classes, including chair yoga and other Silver Sneakers programs! Our classes and class types are dictated by member feedback, so if there is ever a class you would like to see on our schedule, please let us know.
