Purchased two sets of steps for my house. Both sets have atleast two knots all the way through the boards on almost every board except maybe three or four. Also most of the boards are split, and a couple boards have termites in them. One board on the front set of steps has ten nails in one spot on one end, most of the nails are already pushing themselves out also. So poorly built. Also purchased two dogs houses that were so poorly built were having to put a totally different roof on so when it rains the water will actually run down the roof instead of just puddling on top of the tin. Customer service was terrible also.

Bought a building last summer. Floors are weak, lack of support, door has warped, ceiling is leaking,. I asked for it to be blocked. Was charged over $100 for 6 2x 8 cement blocks, one broken !!!Just contacted them about my building. If they make repairs then I will change rating and recommendation
