I gave this company 4 out of 5 stars because of scheduling issues.Once the tech finally got here all went great. It did take 5 days of promising to show up and no call no show for 2 of those days. They are very short staffed and over booked. By the way, They are hiring now. Other wise everything was great. The service tech that they have now (Ralph) is a great guy.. He does have to call the quantum 4 front service for diagnostic services quite often, but he is 1,000,000 times better than the previous service tech.

Mobility Central staff were extremely helpful in selecting equipment, explaining some nuances of Medicare insurance coverage, and equipment setup and use. They were willing to deliver the equipment the next evening, however we deferred because it would have been past our family member's bedtime, and they delivered on a Saturday.

Very pleasant experience with the representative and the installer. The Bruno stair lifts are performing exactly as advertised. We are pleased with the speed which Chris of Mobility Central responded to our request for an appointment to discuss our situation and subsequent installation. Scott did an excellent job installing the units, demonstrating how to use them and cleaning up behind himself.

Yes we have standard, HD, drop arm, and padded. Ranging from $120 to $400 depending on what works best for you. Do you know where we are located?
We do not accept insurance on transport wheelchairs. We sell them for $250. On Lift Chairs you pay for what chair you want then we can file for the lift mechanism for you. Medicare reimburses your for around $250.

Yes, we do. There are several different models of lifts and we have to check compatibility with you vehicle in order to get pricing for you.
