We are new customers and so far I haven't had a good experience yet! always on hold for at least 45 minutes. they didn't show up when scheduled. They called us 5 times for billing info. But when I called today for a delivery they have no vhf records of us! What the heck are we to do?

2 days in a row I had my phone ring for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone before I hung up without getting it answered!!! These ladies are lazy & rude when you do go into the office! Maybe they need some “TRAINING” on “CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

Not good customer service. Per our insurance, they are NOT suppose to be billing us, but they do. And they won't tell you this. My mom is on oxygen . We had lots of trouble with hose kinking and twisting. We put 2 swivels on and an extra 10 ft hose. No problems anymore.

Look into other oxygen company options. Someone would show up at my house without an appointment or request to inspect equipment. In addition and most importantly. Do NOT give them access to your bank account for auto payments. Seven months AFTER all equipment was returned they began taking money from my account. They would not return all of the withdrawals. They came up with fees due even though they picked up the equipment and never contacted me for 7 months. In addition I am reporting to the BBB !
