So I actually just wanted to point out since one of the people working here will see this review. Your response to the person who had their lock broken into on your property isn't a good look for a business to be combative and not take accountability. If you agree to work on someone's vehicle/rv/property of some sort and that property gets vandalized under your watch then that's your fault. Saying " we can't control what other people do" is a lame excuse for you not taking accountability and is also a bad look for potential future customers who read your response and don't feel safe leaving their property with you; their review alone is why I'll be shopping elsewhere.Good day.

I went to York to pickup a HUuuGE load of tires. The rear springs on my truck were overcome, but as a small independent business owner I didn't have the money to split the load. I went to Ben's for help, knowing that a weight distribution hitch would help me. Nick sold me the right hitch for a good price and his technician went to work fixing me up. Having a lot of travel experience I assumed that when I showed up in trouble I'd be taken advantage of. But not so..... these guys got me what I needed, put it on quickly for a fair price, and got me going safely so that I would be safe to continue my trip to summit point, so I could sell my tires! Been using Bens for years, the family that owns it are good people and I think do not reflect some of the negative reviews left by others. We bought our first camper this week since I was a kid “also from Bens :) “ and they made it very easy took care of all the financing paper work and we were in and out to sign papers in less then 30 minutes. They have been nothing but helpful each time we went to look or ask questions to make sure we were getting the rig that was best for us. They offered assistance for a hitch and options to set it up, extended warranty etc. if your in the York area consider supporting a local family owned business before you go to one of the large chains.
