Dale is very condescending when he speaks to you. I bought two vehicles never missed one payment and was put on a back burner when tried to buy a third. Which I'm glad I was because I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from some one else. Any how back to Dale I was promised when I bought my Chrysler 200 my door handle would be replaced and every time I asked about it Dale forgot and gave me the run around. 3 years later car paid off and handle never fixed. For the record Tonya is remarkable and the only reason I wanted to use you guys again, but of course here comes Dale she went on vacation and he pushed me off didn't work on our deal and when he did only ran my credit and not my husbands, whos truck it would be. I would never do business with this company again.

The personal service that Tonya and Dale gave us was beyond what we could’ve truly imagined. My son and I were in search of a car. This was his first big purchase on his own. It was almost like dealing with family. They worked with us and made sure that we were taken care of in every capacity. I never write reviews but this one was completely deserving!!! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a comforting place that you can trust and people that actually care and aren’t just trying to make a buck. Other people may like them but I would never recommend them because they told me so many lies regarding the loan. I do not appreciate being lied to about so so many things. Very disgusted with the professionalism of the place. Not happy with them at all and let them know I would never come back there again

Yes . The service is great. They have decent vehicles there. I purchased a 2011 Cherokee. I love it

Like any car place every purchase is different. And depends if you are financing or doing buy here pay here.
I'm not sure. I've dealt with them for my last 3 vehicles and had a trade in each time so I didn't actually give them money for a down payment. They're great though. You're best bet is to just give them a call
