I discovered I had a nail in my tire late on a Saturday night. I went to Firestone early on Sunday morning and was greeted by a very busy employee named Zachary. He was very professionally handling phone calls and customers like a pro. He is extremely helpful and kind. The nail was not in a good spot on my tire and had to replace the tire. He got me a very good price and I was out of there in about an hour. I highly recommend this location!

Why did i make an appointment? I stopped by Monday to get an oil change, they were busy but I waited an hour then decided ti make an appointment for another day. Wednesday morning at 9, great, I'll be first in line, in and out. No. Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes and they didn't even touch my car. When i asked why i made an appointment, clerk replied "that's the way the auto industry works sir." Ok, I'll go elsewhere, thank you.

Travis and Earl did amazing job. Superb customer service very personable. Reasonable prices . Know what they are doing. I strongly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
