Trustworthy shop. I went to a Mobil mechanic shop and was told I need my brakes checked with an estimate of more than $1500. Went to this Pepboys for another estimate. The manager Zemichael told me that I didn’t need my brakes checked for another few months. It was a good experience since he explained what services I would need and when I need it done.

I had an issue at a different Pep Boy location (Baldwin) and Nicole (District Manager) took care of resolving the issue completely, coordinating with Peter and his team at this Hempstead location to make the necessary repairs. Nicole really did a terrific job and Pep Boys should be pleased to have representatives such as her on staff. Thank you Nicole for helping me get resolution and Peter for doing a perfect repair. Next time, I'm heading to Hempstead!

I can confirm what Armando just informed. The service is the worst. I won't even buy products from this place. Avoid it at all cost!!!
