so far I love the place nice and quiet and the people are friendly here. Also the manager Mrs.Boone is excellent and she really care.

Joe is a top-notch professional property manager who accommodated my busy schedule to meet at my home for our initial appointment on a weekend. He offered sage advice when asked questions about property management, and walked through our home, pointing out what we could do to make our property the best home for potential tenants. His advice was amazing, and his time and energy were so much appreciated by my Wife and I.

These apartments was nice when they first opened up 5 years ago but it declined over the years due to tenants/guests. There were electronics stolen from community room & equipment from gym. The machines never work & cost way too much; you better off with going to laundry across the street. The building are dirty, mice infestation, some tenants have roaches & I heard of bedbugs problem with several tenants too. I've lived at Twin Oaks since the building opened up & hate living here. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't want anybody going through what I endured while residing here. The company had changed leasing managers close to a dozen times in a 5 year timespan. The super was changed several times & this is the 3rd Super for building. Pets are allowed that meet requirements as stated in lease agreement. Watch out for poop & urine also dogs without a leash. There are black boxes outside buildings for mice & glue traps in certain areas as well as apartments. It doesn't matter how clean you are if you have nasty people living next to you & in building. People that throw food, candy etc. on floor or spill/drop something without picking up. There's only two people that work here & that's the super along with leasing manager. I would give this place zero stars but it had to be rated & this review is truthful.

No you would have to go the Office. I no longer live there.
It depends on where you are at on the list. I don't think you would want to live here because the building has mice and many other issues.
It is an income restricted building (minimum and maximum income); they, like all buildings of this nature have a years long waiting list!
This is not a strictly senior building; it is income restricted however (minimum and maximum income limits). More so, they have a waiting list that is several years long, but they should still be giving applications; visit their website or call and they should mail you one.
I worked here in the management office last year, and the waiting list at that time was about 3 years. But, that depends on who the manager is and how they move; but uh, get an application, but don't hope for anything any time soon, like with ALL income restricted housing.
No there isn't preference for anyone, seniors or disabled included. Everybody has to submit an application and just be added to the (years long) waiting list.
No
I dont know if they designate any units for that specifically. I do know once you get in the lobby there is a ramp for wheelchairs and if a person cant climb the 3 or 4 steps.
Yes, they accept Section 8, but they probably still have a waiting list, though it may move faster for those receiving services.
They do have those, but the building has a waiting list.
They only do 1 year leases because you have to recertify your finances with them every year (this is an income restricted building). Also, they do surprisingly allow dogs (I'm not sure about cats), but there's a pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
Depends on your income, what if your credit is low but your income is more than enough to pay for a studio or 1bdrm.
