I ordered a cap for the back of my pickup truck in January 2022.I did not get it until April 2022, 3 months. Really ? Of course it was never their fault, always blaming the manufacturer. Uh huh. Then I had to wait over 3 hours for installation. Their waiting area is a rock hard bench in the office warehouse filthy area. So out of boredom I made the mistake of going and talking to the installers. That's when the installation manager told me to get out. I was not allowed in that area and they dont talk while they work and I had to get out of that area right now. I will never go back there and I dont recommend this place at all.
