I wish I could give them a ZERO! We have been trying to “work” with Lincare for over two weeks to get my child a specific Neocate formula shipped to our house, they literally were given every piece of medical documentation we had and that was/is never good enough for them. They even needed my doctor to retype her letter of medical necessity because they wanted it done a certain way…. And when they tell you “we will call you back when we have an update”.. make sure you take the initiative and call daily because they change their story of what an “update is” daily. They do not care about the patient nor the risk they are putting them through.

One of the most disorganized, incompetent businesses I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Nothing is logged, nothing is communicated, nothing is handled with just one call. I have made 14-16 calls just to try to delete my account and be done with them, after all of the messes. DO NOT USE THEM

Staff are extremely rude and incompassionate Towards the patient requirements needs and supplies. Shipping is always late by 3+ weeks sometimes have to call back 4 or 5 times To try and place an order for an order you’ve already ordered and still have not received……..

Horrible service! They delivered one oxygen tank good for 23 hours on Monday and said we'd have the O2 concentrator on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday asking to find out they haven't gotten a shipment of concentrators in yet and asked if I could get another tank. It's now Friday and still nothing. I'm glad I ordered a portable concentrator on Amazon which came in 2 days.

The tanks have the phone number to the DME company it came from, call the number and request pick up.

Hello, I will ask our respiratory therapist and get back to you shortly.

Are the plastic parts of the CPAP equipment, full face mask, tank, hose, recyclable? I hope so.
