I'm not sure about the ownership. What I do know is that their food is still the quality and portion size we've all come to know and expect. The young lady behind the counter was very kind and polite, and spoke rather clear English, unlike some of the other Chinese or Japanese restaurants where you can't understand what the server is saying, or what language they're actually speaking.
