This place gave me the run-around in many ways. I got so frustrated that I decided to be my own therapist! They charged me $99 when It was not warranted. And did not seem to want to help me get this charge reversed. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank against them! Watch out! Update: They did refund my money, but it caused a lot of problems for me while that money was out of my account!

For me it was less tham 24 hours but my counselor was new to the practice so she was not very busy yet.
We are in network with most major insurance plans. If we accept your insurance, the out-of-pocket cost is typically just a copay. If you're not using insurance, fees range from $99-$150 per session.
