Do NOT believe the good reviews. We arrived at 8:00pm, the establishment didn’t close until 9:30pm. The gentleman who took our initial order was speaking fast and his body language seemed like we were bothering him. It took us 15 mins just to be greeted. I ordered the food and asked for a recommendation about what to order as it was mine and my boyfriends first time dining there, he said “ I don’t know what you like?” He stated a lot of options and explained NONE so I chose the seasme chicken. The food arrived and we only had one bowl of rice, I asked the waiter if both entrees only came with one bowl of rice and he said it’s no problem for me to get you another bowl of rice. What? I didn’t even ask him for another bowl I asked a simple question. I went on to explain that he seemed rude and was rushing us to order, and furthermore didn’t even acknowledge that we were seated in his section. I asked him if he had a long day, and he proceeded to the rice question again. So we accepted the rice, paid and left. He never came back to greet us or anything. I had to stop him and ask for the check. I spoke to another waitress who explained to me what the sauce was that I received on the side, and she was super nice and energetic. This waiter needs to find a new job because customer service isn’t his forte. I will NEVER come back. Go ANYWHERE else even if you have to drive further for good food and good service.
