I don't know if Apple can fix it. It is a pretty out of date iphone. There is different software you can download and or you can unlock it via connecting your phone with pc. YouTube has a pretty good amount of videos on how to unlock your phone with a pc. I know this isn't much, but I don't know that much about iphone 4's since there kinda old. Newer phones, yes.

Wow! That doesn't sound Good! To me it seems like you fried one of the major components in your macbook. Even though you spilled a small amount (based on your description) it still can fry your computer. Yes. You are correct. You should have turned your laptop off right after you spilled soda on it. Anyways, my answer is this. Depending on the year of your laptop, it may be better to buy whatever you fried (seems to be either the motherboard or the hardrive) off of Craigslist. Someone always sells parts off of damaged electronics. Make sure you buy the part of the same year laptop!! This can be way cheaper than completely replacing or getting apple to fix it (unless it has apple warranty). If it has apple warranty you can possibly trade it in for a new one.
