We did not have a good experience with their communication and the install. The contractor tried to add on a fuel surcharge of $150. I had purchased and agreed to the pricing in the fall with pool house so I would be assured of the install in the spring. The install was also very rushed and they installed the wrong light bulb which then was told they can't help me and I should just find one somewhere else. Then had to reinstall the correct bulb under the water myself. All around not a good experience.

When my wife and I finally decided to get a pool I did a lot of research of pool companies in the area. I looked up all the reviews and that's where The Pool House really stood out to me. Not only did they have great reviews but they personally responded to each one. When I went to pick out a pool they were very thorough in explaining everything and didn't try to over sell me things I didn't need. Instillation was done in a day and the installer was very friendly and did a great job. In short The Pool House has answered any questions that I may have and been very helpful. Loving our new pimmin pool!!!

Hi there, thanks for asking. We make sure to disinfect common touched surfaces, hand sanitizer is available at the check out counter, we limit the amount of people in the store, and we wear mask when social distancing is not possible.
At this time, we are not installing fiberglass pools.
