Stay was good. But my complain is regarding double billing. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks with no response. When I request a receipt, they say they will send, but I haven’t received any yet. The general manager is never available and doesn’t return calls for over a week. Front desk makes empty promises. What kind of business practice is this?? Edit: you have been called on multiple days including within office hours. At least have the records straight before responding.

this is the second time we stay in a Holiday Inn Express & this was a bit disappointing. PROS: -close by the train: Newport station (14mins walking) -close by a target (7 mins) -family friendly -big rooms to fit 6 people comfortably -great staff at all times. -decent breakfast CONS: -the shower & ceiling in the bathroom have mold would i stay there again yes, would i stay in the same room with the shower mold no but it was 2:30-3am

Nice hotel. Valet parking, so easy in and out. Usual breakfast fair, but satisfying. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. One downfall was no freezer in the refrigerator. I would have liked to have refrozen my ice packs for my cooler. My employer obtained the room for me and it was adequate. I am sure I will be back.
