We hired Smar tSolutions to fully renovate our “new-to-us” house that had not been touched since 1958. We dreamed about remodeling (thanks, HGTV), but really had no idea what it entailed. Angel was the perfect contractor for us because of his experience and attention to detail. He involved us in the entire process without overwhelming us. You’d think all the decisions would be fun, but discussing everything from light placement to backsplash tiles that “pop” is harder than you think. Angel asked questions to understand our overall aesthetic (think lots of Pinterest pictures) and he provided the perfect amount of input to help us achieve it. He provided us information on all of the outside resources we’d need (i.e. countertop vendor, fireplace vendor, etc.) which we valued given that we didn’t have any experience. We get so many compliments about our house from friends and family. What I appreciated above all else was his ability to stay on budget. Each additional request we made, he’d estimate it, we’d approve/disprove it, and that was what we paid. He completed a massive renovation fully in line with the budget we agreed to and felt was fair It was easy to communicate with Angel and he always replied to our inquiries promptly. We hired Smart Solutions for an exterior remodel 4 months after our interior remodel was successfully completed and have had the same, great experience. I highly recommend Angel and his crew for jobs big and small.

They got our condo sold! After putting our condo on the market twice over the past couple years and getting LOWBALL offers, we hired Angel to do a remodel. The process was so easy and went flawlessly. Angel was great at explaining what could be done to add value cost effectively. They did an outstanding job and it was completed in the time promised.
